It's increasingly evident that Republicans intended to erect a sort of dictatorship, built on their control of government offices and funds. In their view, stuffing every agency with political hacks, adding new laws to increase their power to spy on us and harass us, awarding themselves generous servings of the taxpayers money- all of this would create a juggernaut that could safely ignore the will of the electorate.
That's right, these fiercely anti-government iconoclasts intended to rule us, not by the force of ideas, the popularity of their programs, or the accomplishments of their efforts, but simply by the power of government. That's right, the same government they are so busy wrecking.
Irony is lost on them.

Here is where we are
So, not for the first time, I bid a fond farewell to sweet Waki-Waki, in this case, my first blog, which Blogger has made it impossible for me to post to or to upgrade. With a yo-ho-ho and a neatly done, I remember this is a part of what we call computing, and, always mindful of the flashing message below that even this posting effort may be lost to posterity, can only hope for the best.
